Ladies and Gentlemen,

We are very pleased to present this folder to you. This way we would like to invite you to pay a visit to the Lesznowola Municipality. The location at a distance of several kilometers from the center of Warsaw, in direct vicinity of the Okęcie airport, near important routes and the Warsaw-Cracow railway line, with unique landscape attractions of the Chojnowski Landscape Park (Magdalenka, W.adys.awów, Wilcza Góra), are the natural causes of dynamic development of the municipality.
We are one of the few municipalities in Poland with the highest degree of execution of updating of our spatial development plan. The newly adopted plans provide for multifunctional development of housing and residence projects, both detached and multi-family ones, recreational and sport infrastructure, as well as diverse, environment-friendly business activity.
Many firms known in Poland and abroad have located their offices here, because the area of the municipality is perceived as a place of big opportunities. When we combine these advantages with kindness and entrepreneurship of residents and the level of technical and social infrastructure, it will turn out that it is a perfect place to work and live in.
We are proud of our rich history and tradition, and significant cultural and economic achievements of subsequent generations of our residents.
